ON ICE
Over-speed Skating - starts / top speed / cornering / agility
Under-speed Skating - posture / extension / recovery / edgework
Offense - creativity / 1-on-1 / time & space / puck protection
Defense - angling / checking / gap control / odd-man rushes
Shooting & Scoring - breakaways / tips / rebounds / 1-timers
Small Area Games - 2-on-1 / 2-on-2 / 3-on-2 / 3-on-3
OFF ICE
Strength - legs / core / upper body / conditioning
Plyometrics - explosion / balance / flexibility / agility
Puck Skills - quick hands / head up / passing / shooting
Classroom - leadership / mental preparation / game concepts
INSTRUCTION
There will be a maximum of 24 skaters and 4 goalies per session, with a 6-to-1 player-to-instructor ratio.
Players will receive individual attention both on ice and off ice.
Impact Hockey staff and Minnetonka High School Hockey staff & players will combine to help teach, train, and develop players toward reaching their potential this off-season!
